Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES


Cancellations can only be requested up to 4 hours after the order was placed. After this time, we will not be able to cancel the order since it has already started processing. If your item has already been dispatched, neither changes nor refunds may be issued. 
 
When your order arrives, you may reject the shipment, so that it is returned to the sender (this is providing the package has not been tampered with or opened). Please follow this up with an email to info.mossta@gmail.com . Once we receive it, a refund will be generated back to your original form of payment. Handling fees, banking fees and any incurred shipping expenses (listed or not) will not be reimbursed. Please note the refund may take up to 14 business days to process.

Shipping policy
 
Purchases 300 lbs and above will be shipped via air from our warehouse in St.Lucia.
 
Please allow 3-4 business days after your order is placed to process and pack your order. Once packed and processed, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at the airport for collection or on your doorstep, depending on the package chosen. Tracking information will be provided.
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
 
SHIPPING FEES
 
Shipping fees (listed or not) are non-refundable. Should you refuse any shipments from moss-ta.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
 
DELIVERY ISSUES
 
Nationwide packages that are being returned to the sender will not be refunded unless, in instances where the package arrives back to us in the same condition it was shipped in. Customers must check that delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
 
International packages that are detained, confiscated, marked undeliverable or returned by the delivery service completes the transaction, and Moss-TA Caribbean can not be held liable for anything that happens there after. If for any reason this occurrence transpires, the customer will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for checking with their local authorities on import restrictions. Any shipping and handling fees to resend will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the courier to locate your lost package, once the tracking information states it has been delivered or is en route to the delivery address.
 
If your package is damaged, lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with your local courier. Our shipment fees include insurance coverage up to $100. To file a claim for "Lost or Stolen" packages, please contact the courier directly. You will need your order confirmation as well as your tracking number.
 
By purchasing, you are agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge you to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Moss-TA Caribbean is built on trust and ethics. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info.mossta@gmail.com  within 5 days of receiving your shipment.

Due to the consumable nature of our product, we are very careful on how we accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unsealed, in the same condition that you received it and unused. Be sure to include your order information, pictures of your unsealed product and a reason for your return. We will try our best to accommodate you.

If your return is approved, please return your package to the business address provided. Any incurred handling and shipping fees (listed or not) are non-refundable and will be deducted. Brokerage or customs duties are also non-refundable. Return shipment fees will be at your own expense. A restock fee may also be applicable.

 

Refund policy

 

REFUNDS/ISSUES

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded using your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. This may take 7 to 30 business days depending on the country and banking institution.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. Once we determine that there is something wrong with the item, we may offer you a 50% refund or a replacement, since we sell a consumable product.

EXCHANGES
Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you get what you want, please request a return for the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the correct item.

SHIPPING POLICY (from St.Lucia)

 

Purchases on 300 lbs and above will be shipped from St.Lucia. Please note that all shipping dates are estimates and rely on third party shipping services such as DHL and British Airways. Any item that is marked with a delivered status by the delivery service completes the transaction and Moss-Ta Caribbean can not be held liable for anything that happens there after. This includes, inability to locate the item, or issues with the import process.

You must also confirm that you have listed the correct address and company name. Moss-Ta Caribbean is NOT responsible for unverified or incorrect addresses.

Our website currently does not display the prices. To request the price or to place a customized order for shipment from St. Lucia, please contact us directly by sending an email to info.mossta@gmail.com or by using the Contact Us page.

 

Processing Time: After an order has cleared the 48hr inspection and certification process with the local Authorities. The order will then be delivered to the courier within 2 business days. Tracking info will be provided.

 

Courier: We ship orders worldwide via British Airways to the U.S, the U.K, Canada, and across the world. For smaller orders, we normally recommend DHL. To other Caribbean destinations.

 

Transit time: According to DHL, Express shipping is an average of 3 to 5 business days. These orders generally do not require your intervention through the customs clearance process and will be delivered directly to the shipping address you provide. Please note that DHL will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
 

Orders sent via British Airways take an average of 3-5 business days. Bear in mind, that upon arrival to your final airport destination via British Airways, you will be fully responsible for custom clearances and collection of your order. You may also require a customs broker to do this on your behalf.

 

We do not accept responsibility for any delays experienced by the courier company after your order has been dispatched.
